The Tunnels which make Samuels Night Cub were originally used as the cold store for all the fresh produce sold in the indoor market which occupied the building above. Since then the building has been used for many businesses including a restaurant and a shooting gallery.

Samuels Night Club began to trade in 1997 and was instantly popular. Going from strength to strength it soon realised it needed to expand and fast. In 2001 the Tunnel was purchased from the rifle club and converted into a 2 lane bowling alley and fast food bar. Again a massive success Samuels had cemented its reputation as Louth's number one night spot. In 2004 Samuels removed the bowling lanes and converted the tunnel in to more much needed seating and standing space. Other improvements included doubling the size of the dance floor. It was a wonder how we managed before as both sides are packed every weekend.

In 2008 renovation began on the whole of the club. Beginning with the moving the Bottle bar to create a more open atmosphere, improved lighting throughout the club, new flooring and upgraded audio equipment, Samuels really has all the ingredients for a great night out.

The labyrinth of tunnels are dotted with three bars, dance floor & DJ booth, pool tables and a spacious lounge for chilling out after a hard night partying. We also have a takeaway right on-site for late night refreshment.

The club has a unique split personality and transforms from a friendly and cozy late bar in the week with excellent promotions and great music, to a thriving busy nightclub with live DJ's Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
